2) We DO NOT use "Food State Fermented" Vitamins. "Food State" vitamins are made by feeding synthetic vitamins (see synthetic vitamins below) to a yeast brew. These synthetic vitamins are fermented with the yeast to convert them to "Food State". The idea is for the yeast to convert the synthetic vitamin to a more digestible state, similar to food.
